In Tampa, Randy "Macho Man" Savage died today in a car accident. The report came out , that Randy Savage was killed after a heart attack while driving. Very sad news indeed. His wife was with him and was hurt. He will be missed as a great performer that entertained millions in the square circle.

Investigation will explain more of what happen. These are the type of cases where the issue revolves around if this was simply an "Act of God". In Minnesota, that would mean that there was no one at fault and there is no coverage.
We have been involved where the defendants medical history needed to be reviewed. Witnesses earlier in the day needed to be contacted. Experts needed to be hired to determine if the heart attack was known and a likely risk.
I enjoyed the early years of watching Randy do his work. He will be missed.
