Recently, Jeff Anderson and Associates released the deposition testimony of :
Archbishop John Nienstedt
and
Kevin McDonough
There was a real fight to have these depositions take place and there were a number of issues that came up during the depositions. They were each important steps in the discovery process to get to the bottom of what was known.
In watching and reading the transcript, I was struck with how naive some of the answers seemed to be. As though they lived in a different world.
There were also big questions raised about what was written down and what was intentionally never documented.
It is clear that there is a lot more information to be obtained.
