I recently flew out of the Tampa Bay Airport and noticed that they have something called a cell phone waiting lot. What a great idea! It is amazing when we use technology to create a system where people can sit and wait and do a quick, efficient pickup in a very short distance from where they need to be.
This is the kind of technology we should be using more for working towards solutions, particularly as we watch apps become better all the time and more efficient in their use.
