I am always amazed when I fly through Florida how happy and cheerful the airport staff are. Whether it is the baggage claim, the baggage checkpoint, or the security points, they all have something good to say. Maybe it is the weather they live in or the type of people they deal with from time to time, but they always seem to have something nice to say.
It makes for such a better flight when service comes with a smile. This is a reminder for all of us who are in the service industry.
