During the month of June, I am addressing common questions that get asked in our practice. Today's Question is: What do I need to bring to a meeting with a lawyer?
The easy answer: Bring everything. Bring anything that you wonder if it's worth showing me. Let the lawyer decide whether something is important or not. It doesn't help to have a meeting and be regularly saying that you left this or that at home. But, this doesn't mean that you need to go find something or start accumulating your own records. If you have something that in any way involves the case, it's easy to just bring it along.
